Coordinate colors - not identical outfits

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What happens if there is bad weather?
Client will receive notification via email or phone along with available reschedule dates of no charge.
How can I download my images?
Clients are provided with a link that can be accessed via mobile or desktop. Entire albums and individual images are available for download.
What is your cancellation policy?
One reschedule is permitted without additional fees applied. Client must contact the studio via email or phone at least 48 hours in advance to reschedule.
If cancellation occurs within 48-hours you may be asked to rebook with a new booking fee.
Families
Bring snacks for the little ones, avoid large logos, and don't worry if kids aren't always smiling it happens often and sometimes make the funniest photos.
Seniors
Bring your wardrobe changes and accessories that reflect your personality. Think about locations that mean something to you!
DOWNLOAD & PRINTING GUIDE
Please allow up to 4 weeks for completed album.
Clients will have the ability to download the entire gallery or individually images directly from your gallery with one button on both desktop & phone.
All images are shot in high resolution and should be taken into consideration when sending to printers such as Walgreens or Walmart.
Share & download with no limit!
Food
Prepare and plate to be camera ready. Have branding materials if needed for a seamless session.
Commercial
Have the space staged and photo-ready before arrival whenever possible for the best results.
